Refund policy

Order Processing & Shipping

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact RP Moto before sending any items back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact RP Moto and we will work to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has shipped, delivery delays are outside of RP Moto’s control and are not grounds for a refund. USPS tracking information is provided when available.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing an order. RP Moto is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Some products may be produced specifically for an order. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
