Are your products 3D printed?

Yes. RP Moto products are produced using additive manufacturing. 3D printing is used intentionally to allow geometries, material properties, and small-batch iteration that traditional manufacturing methods do not.

What materials do you use?

Most RP Moto products are made from 95A thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), selected for its flexibility, impact resistance, and durability in real-world use. Material choice is driven by function, not appearance.

Are these products durable?

RP Moto products are designed around real-world use cases and tested accordingly. Material selection and geometry are chosen to withstand vibration, impact, and repeated use.

Will this fit my specific setup?

Each product page lists supported models or interfaces. If you are unsure about compatibility, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Do you offer custom parts?

In some cases, yes. If you have a specific problem or fitment requirement, contact RP Moto and we can discuss whether a custom solution makes sense.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.

Who do you ship with?

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed or redirected by RP Moto.

What happens if a package is delayed?

Once a package has been shipped, delivery timing and delays are outside of RP Moto’s control. USPS tracking information is provided when available.

What if my package is delivered to the wrong address?

RP Moto is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered before completing your order.
